Our properties are maintained and decorated to a high standard and are compliant with duties under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 and other residential property legislation.
These are available through our managing agents via either an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement to private individuals or a Corporate Let Agreement for employees.
